Should I bring the suspension in on the bike?
It's up to you...
Bringing in the complete bike gives you the option to to have your bike balanced. This is a $50 service. For more information, see our specialty services. Complete bikes are subject to a $35 headset labor charge. This includes removal and installation of the fork, along with a headset service (cleaning and re-lubrication of headset bearings, and replacement if necessary). Shock removal is generally included in your service. Internally routed headsets are $50.

SETUP HELP
Bike Balance / setup ($50)
- Setting PSI, volume spacers, rebound, and compression
- This is done considering riders weight, riding style, complaints, and use case
- Balancing suspension on the bike allows technicians to take the bike's kinematics into consideration and achieve a better set up
Parking lot set up ($100)
Customers get $30 off with front and rear suspension service.
- Everything included in the bike balance
- 30min - 1hr session outside in our parking lot
- This augments the bike balance by giving technicians time to see how riders are distributing their weight on the bike and make adjustments accordingly
- Discuss the use case of different adjustments and how to recognize when to make adjustments on the trail
